In 1997, Julia Mutch, RN, MSN founded CCMS with the goal of a customer service focused, employee-friendly company dedicated to serving the U.S. Military, their families, retirees and the federal government.

Prior to CCMS, Ms. Mutch began her career as an ICU registered nurse at Beth Israel (BI) Hospital in Boston, MA. During her time at BI and its’ subsidiaries, she worked as a staff nurse and nursing administrator while obtaining her Masters in Nurse Administration and Clinical Practice.

After completing her Masters, Ms. Mutch moved to Philadelphia and managed an ICU and Step Down unit at a major teaching hospital. The years of inpatient management during the nursing shortage era provided valuable experience and perspective into today’s healthcare staffing shortages.

Ms. Mutch began her government contracting career in the early 1990s as a project manager for a nurse staffing company. She directed large scale projects such as inpatient nursing at both the Naval Medical Center San Diego and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

Seven years later, Ms. Mutch founded CCMS when the government contracting environment was just beginning to be favorable for a small, woman-owned company. Today, CCMS continues to serve with the same values as originally intended.

Jackie Priadka joined CCMS in 2000 as a Personnel Manager. She rapidly expanded her responsibilities to become Project Manager, and finally Director of Operations in 2008. Her rise through the CCMS system has afforded her the opportunity to understand the various job responsibilities within the company and to develop a global perspective of the organization. Ms. Priadka has her Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and has augmented her expertise through multiple HR and Government contracting courses.
